If you sign up on the Comet plan, you do not need to enter your credit card details on sign up. If you decide to try one of our bigger plans upfront, you will need to connect your PayPal account on sign up.

You do not have to commit to any contracts when signing up with JamAngle. All plans are month to month and can be cancelled at any time.

There are no feature differences between the JamAngle plans, every plan has the same functionality. They are differentiated based on the number of users you wish to support in your company. Paid plans benefit from Priority Online Support whereas the Free plan receives Standard Online Support.

  • The Comet plan allows up to 10 users.
  • The Moon plan allows up to 200 users.
  • The Planet plan allows up to 500 users.
  • The Cluster plan allows up to 1000 users.
  • The Galaxy plan allows up to 2000 users.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plans whenever you need to. Please note that if you downgrade to a plan with less users than you have active, all users will become inactive except for the Chief Editors. This means that you will need to reactivate any users you want to have on JamAngle.

The Comet plan is available to use for free as long as you wish, provided you have 10 users or less.

Payment is currently offered through PayPal.

JamAngle Data Security on Microsoft Azure

Azure Firewall: The Azure Firewall is a managed, cloud-based network security service that protects our Azure Virtual Network resources. It is a fully stateful firewall as a service with built-in high availability and unrestricted cloud scalability.

Database Encryption: Encryption is currently provided through the Azure SQL feature known as Transparent Data Encryption.

Transport Layer Security: Encryption (SSL/TLS) is enforced for all connections. This ensures that all data is encrypted “in transit” between users and our servers.

Dynamic Data Masking: Dynamic data masking limits sensitive data exposure by masking it to non-privileged users. Dynamic data masking helps prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data.

Yes. Information Messages support a maximum of 1 Media + 1 Document + 1 Image. You can also include up to 5 website links over and above these attachments. The file formats and sizes are:

Media: MP4 (video), MP3 (audio) (up to 50Mb)
Document: PDF, Word, Excel (up to 10Mb)
Image: JPEG, PNG (up to 5Mb)

Your password can be reset by clicking on your Profile and selecting the Change Password option. If you are unable to log in, your password can be changed by clicking the Forgot Password button on the log in page.

Billing details can be updated by selecting the Billing option on the menu, then clicking the Change Billing Details button. This is only accessible to Chief Editors.

Invoices can be accessed by selecting the Billing option on the menu. This is only accessible to Chief Editors.
